Honey...what do YOU think?

Do you think Daniel had a wife, kids, etc. (or other companionship 'honey')? Or what about his 3 pals? Please don't give me the "it doesn't matter answer." I'm curious here. Reason I ask cuz, for whatever reason, I couldn't help thinking about that. Whether Danny was choosing to bow down to something or not, hangin' out in a lion's den, interpreting some things, fasting or suffering, jotting down some writing to later become 'Bible', etc. which I figure was basically deciding whether to follow after something of this world vs. something of His God......I just wonder if he ever had to consider either the 'pre', during, or 'post' time...'honey, what do YOU think?' I appreciate any reflections on this.
